Registration fees (net prices)
ReminderThe early registration fees will be only for payment and order form received before the increase rate date.

- (1) SCF-membership will be checked.

(2) Registration Packs:
- - 1 free registration for 5 registrations of SCF-member students from a single laboratory (UMR, UPR, …)
- - 1 free registration for 5 registrations of SCF-member from a single laboratory (UMR, UPR, …) or company. Members include researchers, assistant professors, technical staff, post-docs.
- (3) On-site registrations are possible.

Student rate
If you wish to register at the student rate, a copy of your student card will be required to upload.
In the absence of the student card proof, it will not be possible to register at the student rate.
Members of other European Chemical Societies associated to EuCheMS are eligible to reduced fees, just as SCF-members : www.euchems.eu

Registration fees include
Access to all sessions, exposition, coffee breaks, and JCO book.
Lunch
It is possible to take lunch at the Ecole polytechnique for 11,50 € each lunch. Please include this to your registration fees and you will receive tickets at the welcome reception.
Registration confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed by email, as soon as payment will be received.
Online payment will necessarily trigger a registration confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation should be declared at the earliest by email at secretariat-jco2022@agencepulsarevents.com.
The following penalty fees will apply :- 50 € for any cancellation received by September 9, 2022.
- 50% of the registration fee after September 9, 2022.
- There will be no refund for any cancellation received after October 19, 2022.

Bank transfer
Any additional bank fees applying will be at your charge.
